Digital assets including both fully assembled tools (decks, docs, sheets, etc.) as well as individual digital assets (images, videos, PDFs, etc.) for the global field sales force were completely scattered across individual laptops, servers, shared drives, cloud drives, etc. Lacked searchability, version control, compliance management, user access controls and many other business critical requirements.
Solution
Designed, developed, deployed and created end-user training on a globally segmented field sales force and marketing departments Digital Asset Management SaaS platform.
Results
Launched a successful pilot solution including the United States business unit and covering 7 different product categories in under 3 months start to finish, utilizing agile methodology 2-week sprints.
