Challenge
For the European Region, each country’s operating company (OpCo) developed and managed their own talent management / staffing platform. Lack of technology and development synergies between platforms. Lack of integration and compatibility between platforms. Lack of business process, operational and on-boarding synergies. Need to consolidate all OpCo’s under a consistent and common platform.
Solution
Salesforce platform solution using Salesforce Communities (now called Experience Cloud). OpCo-specific automatic-personalizations including features, policies, language, etc. Developed solution was completely Salesforce upgrade-friendly due to minimal Salesforce customizations to the core SaaS platform.
Results
After business requirements gathering, successfully launched a Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud) pilot in 2 months with the first full-country launch in 7 months. Successfully completed the full European Region rollout, sunsetting the core recruiting front-end features of each OpCo’s siloed system (normalizing the data structure) in under 12 months, while preserving each region’s individualized businesses processes and country-specific support systems.
